Cheri Young is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

Her experience relates to pension funds, financial markets, financial services, the banking sector, as well cryptocurrency markets, as well as within the context of the National Credit Act, Consumer Protection Act and Protection of Personal Information Act.

She also has experience in litigation, as well as regulatory knowledge of, and experience in terms of, property law, natural resources law (water, environment, minerals and energy), expropriation, shipping law, administrative law and constitutional law.
