Cecil Wulfsohn

Cecil Wulfsohn is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice. He has had extensive experience in corporate and M&A work and is a leader in his field. He has deep experience in local and cross border transactions across a variety of sectors involving equity capital markets, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, takeovers, business rescue, investments, divestments, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
He has been involved in the formation of numerous private equity and venture capital funds as well as acquisitions by these funds of portfolio companies, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory approvals, management incentives, corporate restructuring and recapitalisations following on altered investment horizons and other changed circumstances, disposal of portfolio companies, IPO’s and other exit strategies.
Cecil’s background includes property development transactions, financial markets, corporate litigation including shareholder disputes, insolvency, offers of compromise, schemes of arrangement and a variety of transactions in the mining, telecommunications and entertainment law space.
