Carol Masego Makutu is a Senior Associate at ENS in the dispute resolution practice. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration with a focus on general commercial and construction litigation.

She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including mining, tax, banking, government, construction and ITC.

Carol’s experience includes advising on both litigious and non-litigious matters relating to general commercial litigation, contractual disputes and procurement issues. In addition, she is experienced in drafting legal opinions and memoranda and drafting construction agreements.
