Carmen Schoon is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution | Insolvency department.
She has acted for a variety of clients, including banks, private individuals and companies, liquidators and business rescue practitioners.
Carmen’s experience includes advising clients on insolvency-related matters, including sequestrations, liquidations and voluntary surrender, as well as post-insolvency litigation, creditors meetings, drafting claims, inquiries and interrogations.
She is also experienced in High Court and magistrate’s court litigation, ranging from contractual to procurement law.
