Cara Scott

Cara Scott is an Associate in ENSafrica’s Employment department. She specialises in employment litigation and general employment law.
She has acted for public and private clients in a variety of industries, including the transport, chemical, healthcare and banking industries.
Cara’s experience includes advising clients on various individual and collective labour law matters, as well as facilitating the running of arbitrations and disciplinary hearings.

- LLM (Company Law) (cum laude) (University of Pretoria)
- LLB (cum laude) (University of Pretoria)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
