Balindile is an executive at ENSafrica in the employment law department. She has acted for a variety of clients, including individuals, national and multi-national companies in the public and private sectors.
She specialises in South African employment law related matters and has experience in drafting opinions relating to issues arising from the Labour Relations Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, the Employment Equity Act and the Prevention of Illegal Eviction from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act.
Balindile’s experience includes drafting of charge sheets for disciplinary enquiries in the public sector (including the Department of Trade and Industry and the National Prosecuting Authority) and private sector, drafting pleadings in the Labour Court, preparing plans of action for arbitrations and disciplinary enquiries which include witness preparation, collating documentary evidence and opening and closing arguments. She also specializes in eviction applications. Balindile also appears regularly at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court.
