Arabella Bennett is an Executive Consultant in ENSafrica’s Banking and Finance practice.
She specialises in transactional and regulatory work on a wide range of financial sector matters for institutional clients such as private and public sector retirement funds, state-owned entities, banking and insurance groups, reinsurers, collective investment schemes, asset managers, medical aid schemes, corporates and South African and offshore fund managers.
She has deep expertise in drafting, negotiating and implementing various deals and structures and issuing accompanying or free-standing local and cross-border opinions on complex financial sector regulatory and transactional matters.
Arabella is particularly experienced in the retirement fund space and has spoken and written extensively on the subject.
She is fluent in English, Afrikaans and German.
