Anne-Sophie is a Senior Associate and Barrister at ENSafrica l Mauritius. She specialises in general corporate and commercial law, especially in the areas of company and contract laws.
Anne-Sophie is the go-to person for advice on complex corporate structure and pre-litigation issues. She has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts.
She also specialises in mergers and acquisitions by advising foreign investors in the context of restructuring their investments, pre-acquisition and acquisition phases of sale and purchase transactions. She conducted thorough legal due diligence, and assisted clients in the drafting, negotiation and review of share purchase agreements, and share subscription and shareholders’ agreements.
Anne-Sophie is also experienced in advising on insolvency matters.
