Alex Taylor is an Executive at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

Alex specialises in transactional funding work (including debt finance, preference share funding and debenture funding) and related security structures. Though she acts in a wide variety of funding matters, Alex has a particular interest in property funding, sustainability-linked finance and start-up funding.

Alex also specialises in financial services regulatory work, advising collective investment scheme managers (local and foreign), financial services providers and banks on regulatory requirements and assisting in engagements with the regulators (including in respect of licencing applications).

Alex acts for funders (including local and international banks and institutional investors), borrowers and issuers (listed and unlisted) and regulated financial sector participants.
