practical experience

Andreas Potgieter is an Executive at ENS in Namibia.

He specialises in property law and conveyancing.

He has acted for clients in a number of industries including major banks and other financial institutions.

Andreas’ experience includes advising clients on property-related agreements, nature estates and sectional title developments as well as on compliance with the Namibian Financial Intelligence Act, 2012.

In addition, he participated in the review of the Deeds Registries Bill and the Estates Agents Bill. Andreas served in the Office of the Prosecutor-General for seven years, prosecuting criminal cases in the magistrate’s, High and Supreme Courts before joining private practice.

Andreas has served as a member of the Property Law and Notarial Practice Committee of the Law Society of Namibia.
