Adam Lombard

Adam Lombard is an Executive at ENS in the Dispute Resolution | Insolvency, Business Rescue and Debt Recovery practice areas. He specialises in the litigious aspects of liquidations, insolvencies and business rescues. He also has experience in various aspects of commercial litigation, including complex and high-value contractual disputes, corporate disputes, and disputes between trustees. Adam has acted for a variety of clients, including major banks and other financial institutions, state owned entities, local and foreign insolvency practitioners and curators, and other large international and domestic companies. His experience also includes court applications for the recognition of foreign insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, proceedings for setting aside voidable dispositions, enquiries and interrogations in terms of the Companies and Insolvency Acts and matters involving the interpretation of complex commercial contracts.
