Carine Pick is a senior associate in ENSafrica’s corporate commercial department.
She has acted for private and listed companies in a number of industries.
Carine’s experience includes advising clients in relation to various aspects of the South African Companies Act, 2008, as well as participating in broad-based black economic empowerment transactions, group restructures and due diligence investigations, and the drafting of various codes of conduct, and anti-bribery and corruption policies for South African businesses.
In addition, Carine is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including memoranda of incorporation, shareholders, sale of business, subscription, sale of shares, asset for share, and share repurchase agreements.
