ENSafrica practitioners recognised by Managing IP as leaders in trade mark and patent advice

Gaelyn Scott, Head of ENSafrica’s IP department, was once again named one of the Top 250 Women in IP in 2022 by Managing IP. She is one of only four women in South Africa, and of six in Africa, to have received this honour, which is given to senior female IP practitioners in private practice who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year. Gaelyn’s leadership has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s IP department, now a serious player in the IP field in Africa.

In addition, Gaelyn, along with Ilse du Plessis, Rowan Forster and Dr Joanne van Harmelen, were also named IP Stars by Managing IP’s 2022 rankings, for their trade mark and patent expertise, respectively.
