ENSafrica congratulates Altilands S.A in Private Equity Deal of the Year for East Africa success

We congratulate Altilands S.A, our valued client, whose sale of its majority stake to Adenia Partners was recently named Private Equity Deal of the Year for East Africa at the prestigious DealMakers Africa Awards 2021.

Altilands S.A’s Red Lands Roses Plc is a premier exporter of high-quality roses in Kenya, and this deal will enable it to grow its production capacity, increase its market share and venture into new global flower markets.
