New executive appointment at ENSafrica Ghana

ENSafrica, Africa’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amina Kaguah as an executive in its Ghana office. 

Amina specialises in corporate, employment, capital markets, M&A, telecommunications, intellectual property and tax law. She brings with her over 19 years’ experience in advising local and multinational clients on the legal systems and requirements of various countries in Africa.
 
Amina co-founded what is now ENSafrica Ghana before spending some years in-house. She was a director and senior counsel for legal and corporate affairs at Cummins for the Africa Middle East Region before joining ENSafrica.   
 
Chairman of ENSafrica Ghana, Elikem Nutifafa Kuenyehia, said “Amina was historically a significant contributor in positioning us as a leading firm in Ghana.  We are delighted that she has returned to the firm and are confident that she will play a key role in strengthening and deepening the corporate commercial offering of ENSafrica Ghana.”
