ENS expands IP practice with the appointment of two new executives

ENS is delighted to announce the appointment of a further two executives this year in its IP practice, this time in its IP litigation team.

Andrew Papadopoulos is a senior, top-ranked and very highly regarded trade mark and copyright litigation specialist in South Africa and across Africa, with 20 years of experience in IP law.  Andrew has a broad scope of experience in the field of IP.  Apart from his enforcement expertise, Andrew provides trade mark portfolio management and prosecution, trade mark licensing and regulatory advice as well as advice on IP agreements.  His regulatory expertise includes food and product labelling and consumer rights advice. 

We also welcome Tammi Pretorius, who has experience across the full spectrum of trade mark, copyright, domain name and advertising enforcement / contentious matters, including advertising regulatory advice, and in trade mark portfolio management and prosecution. She is a specialist trade mark and copyright litigation attorney in South Africa and across Africa, with 12 years of experience in IP law.

Both Andrew and Tammi act for large foreign and local corporations and have been involved in several high-profile litigation matters over the years, including in the Constitutional Court.
