ENSafrica’s dispute resolution department expands with appointment of new executive

, is pleased to announce the appointment of accomplished dispute resolution lawyer, Aslam Moosajee
, as an executive who will be based in the firm’s Johannesburg office.

Aslam is an expert in commercial and financial litigation, as well as constitutional and administrative law, arbitrations and mediations. His career spans over 20 years and has included representing clients in significant disputes and precedent-setting matters across South Africa.
Prior to joining ENSafrica, Aslam was head of Norton Rose Fulbright’s dispute resolution department.
