ENSafrica boosts insurance offering with two executive appointments

and Nicole Gabryk
as executives in our dispute resolution department. Rob Scott
is recognised by both Chambers and Acritas as a leading lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in insurance law, construction litigation and general commercial dispute resolution. He has advised major clients across Africa on matters pertaining to professional negligence and liability insurance claims, guarantees, sureties and indemnities, as well as mining and construction disputes. Rob will head up the firm’s insurance practice group, where his focus will include assisting clients looking to expand their insurance interests across Africa and to take advantage of the growth of the industry on the continent.
He is joined by Nicole Gabryk
, a specialist in insurance and construction disputes, who has advised on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, insurance and liability claims, professional indemnity disputes and construction guarantee claims.
Sue Hayes, joint head of ENSafrica’s dispute resolution team, said that the appointments will significantly deepen the firm’s insurance offering.
