ENSafrica appoints new banking and finance director

ENSafrica, Africa’s largest law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vusi Mathebula as a director in its banking and finance department. He will be based in the firm’s Johannesburg offices. 

Vusi has over seven years’ experience in leveraged, project, commercial property and structured finance, and has advised various international and local sponsors, developmental finance institutions and investment banks on the financing of major projects across Africa, including renewable energy projects, retail establishments and mining projects. Prior to joining the firm, Vusi was in the banking and finance department at White & Case. 

Sean Lederman, joint head of ENSafrica’s banking and finance department said, “We are pleased to welcome someone of Vusi’s calibre on board our team. We are confident that his financing experience will enhance our team’s offering for clients conducting domestic and cross-border finance transactions on the continent.”
