He advises and acts for national and international clients to protect their intellectual property rights.
His experience includes the management of patent, design, copyright and trade mark portfolios, as well as filing and prosecution through oppositions and removal actions. He is also experienced in monitoring the changes of ownership and renewals. He has engaged in litigation relating to infringement of patent, design, copyright and trade mark, as well as passing off and breaches of IP Acts.
Pravin has participated in several intellectual property seminars organised by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on industrial property and The Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
