Adam Lombard is a director in ENSafrica’s dispute resolution | insolvency department. He specialises in the litigious aspects of liquidations, insolvencies and business rescues.
Adam has acted for major banks, financial institutions, liquidators, trustees, curators and other corporate entities.
His experience includes court applications for the recognition of foreign insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, applications to perfect and realise creditors’ security, proceedings for setting aside voidable dispositions and applications by liquidators for an extension of their powers.
